1-Hour Pizza Crust Serves 1 (10"-12" Pie) |

| 6 | oz | Bread Flour | ||
| 4 | oz | Semolina Flour | ||
| 3 | oz | Water (115°) | ||
| 2 | oz | Lager Beer | ||
| 1 | tsp | Instant Yeast | ||
| 1 | tsp | Granulated Sugar | ||
| 1 | tsp | White Vinegar | ||
| 1 | tsp | Olive Oil * | ||
| 1 | tsp | Kosher Salt | ||
|
Mix (lightly) all ingredients together (except salt) in a mixer, food processor or bowl and let sit for ½ hour to autolese. Add the salt and knead in thoroughly.
